Meet Our Military Relations Managers

Our Military Relations Managers are focused on one thing: supporting your successful transition from military service to a civilian career. All of our MRMs are veterans. Like you, they've been through the transition and military separation process. Because of this, they're able to leverage their personal experiences, coupled with corporate talent acquisition experience, to provide you with resources you need to successfully enter the civilian workforce. The MRM team represents Lockheed Martin at career and transition events. But most important: they are your point of contact to navigate H2H and our hiring process.

Recruiting Events

Career transition success happens when personal connections happen. Our team is committed to hosting and attending career events dedicated to the military community. The hallmark of our event opportunities are the bi-weekly Monday Military Chat. This virtual event kicks off with a live, interactive session to review our military transition programs, provide tips on transition success and answer your questions. After kick off, you will join booths to talk one-on-one with Military Relations Managers and recruiters from our business areas to make a direct connection to Lockheed Martin.

Lockheed Martin Heroes

The Lockheed Martin Heroes Program provides fellowships to military members transitioning to civilian careers, military spouses, caregivers and wounded warriors. We partner with organizations such as; Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program, DoD SkillBridge Program, USSOCOM Wounded Warrior Internship Program and the military Career Skills Programs (CSP) to offer the fellowships.

The fellowships include three to six-month, on-the-job training experiences for transitioning service members and a six-week on-the-job training experience for military spouses and caregivers. Participants translate their skills in a new industry and execute dynamic career changes. Our Lockheed Martin Heroes develop commercial skills and build professional networks inside the Business Area, allowing them to interview for full-time roles before they complete their fellowship.

What is recruitment fraud?

Recruitment fraud is a growing trend in which bad actors post fraudulent job listings or contacts individuals with the false promise of being hired by a company. Typically, these bad actors will pretend to be employees of well-known companies, such as Lockheed Martin.

Be vigilant. During the Lockheed Martin hiring process, you will never be asked to:

• Apply for a position via a non-Lockheed Martin site.
• Provide your social security number before you’ve accepted an offer. In some instances, we are required to validate US Government Security Clearance status. In this case, a recruiter will contact you directly to obtain your personally identifiable information prior to an offer.
• Provide payment to Lockheed Martin. In the event that you are required to travel for an interview, please discuss the Candidate Expense Reimbursement process with your recruiter. Learn more on our Frequently Asked Questions page here.
