The best part? You can get it incredibly early in the game, meaning you’ll make those early hours easier and set yourself up for success with your Intelligence build.
Go To Caelid
Ride Torrent over to Caelid and ride to, or teleport to the Astray from Caelid Highway North Site of Grace.
NOTE: You can actually get yourself caught in the Sellia Crystal Cave trap on purpose to get to Caelid even faster.
From the Site of Grace, ride northeast to the cliff edge and look down to see the ruins of a tall building. Use Torrent to double jump down to the ruins and head to the middle of the ruined building. Kill the small plant enemies in the small side room and loot the body stuck in the window to obtain the powerful staff.
