    Actually the EU statement was relayed in France on social networks both by the head of the national cybersecurity agency and by the Digital Ambassador . The EU attribution is endorsed by member states. No specific statement though.

    Two more things: highly likely some convincing intelligence was shared with these allies, probably by FVEY countries. Especially noteworthy given the EU statement, the secondary victim set, and early French statements on the incident: *still* no attribution from France (!).

    I'm a little wary about drawing too many strong conclusions from this war so far because there is a lot we don't know. I think the level of intelligence sharing by the US to support Ukrainian targeting probably doesn't have a precedent in military history.
