Complaints procedure

We strive to offer highest standards of service.

You have the right to introduce a complaint to the European Ombudsman if you consider that you have been subject to maladministration in your contacts with the Council's service.

You should first raise your concerns with a service of the Council that dealt with your initial request before the Ombudsman can accept a complaint from you.

We will try to address the cause of your dissatisfaction to the degree this is possible and as appropriate.
