In Eureka you can discover three unique collections curated by the Council Library.
1) Council bibliographies - a collection of research publications on the European Council, the Council of the European Union and the General Secretariat of the Council.
2) Think Tank Review collection - EU-related research papers published by think tanks from across the world, included in our monthly publication Think Tank Review.
3) Council Library guides - a selection of information resources relevant to the work of the Council of the EU and the European Council: information databases, (e)journals, (e)books, articles and EU publications.
Request for a visit
Council staff and trainees are automatically registered with the Library and can use all library services and resources.
EU member states’ delegates and staff of other EU institutions can access the Library reading room without restriction and borrow materials after registration.
If you are a researcher or university student, you are welcome to visit our reading room for on-site consultation of our collections. You can also request Council Library materials on interlibrary loan via your university library.

Blog
The Library team runs a blog to disseminate the bibliographical and research products of the Council Library. You can subscribe to receive our monthly Think Tank Review, as well as reading suggestions and library notes on EU-related topics.
The blog may not, under any circumstances, be regarded as reflecting any official position of the Council.
