TTB Scheduled System OutagesTTB Scheduled System Outages

TTB will provide advanced notice (when possible) of issues that affect the availability of our online systems. Please subscribe to be notified about any disruptions to our online services. Besides our planned or unplanned schedule:

  • We perform scheduled maintenance daily from 4 to 6 a.m. ET
  • We perform system maintenance on the second Wednesday of each month.

Please contact the TTB Help Desk if you experience technical issues after any outage.

 Thursday, May 11 @ 8:00PM ET Friday, May 12 @ 12:00AM ET  TTBOnline.gov (includes COLAs Online, COLA Public Registry, Formulas Online, and Permits Online) and my.ttb.gov (Foreign Producer & CBMA Claims Modules)  Custom applications will be unavailable in order to perform system maintenance. You will be unable to connect to the listed custom applications during the maintenance window and will receive errors if you attempt to connect. Please exit the custom applications ahead of the maintenance window to avoid any loss of work.
