The RONA Return Policy

RONA offers a customer-friendly return policy, allowing customers to return products within 90 days of purchase. Returned items must be in original condition, with original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase to be accepted. You can return the items for a refund, exchange, or store credit. 

You can initiate a return online, in-store, or by contacting customer service. You cannot return gift certificates, gift cards, or store credit.
