Martinice is a municipality and village in Kroměříž District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 800 inhabitants.

Martinice lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) east of Kroměříž, 10 km (6 mi) north-west of Zlín, and 245 km (152 mi) east of Prague.

The first written mention of Martinice is from 1262.[2]
