I have always prided myself at being a healthy person. About two years ago, I had to have my shoulder operated on. And in the course of that surgery and the pre-op and the blood work and everything that was going on, they found that my cholesterol was extremely high. And they said, you know, it's in the range where you could have a stroke or a heart attack. And it was like, whoa! No, not me. It's not in my family. Nowhere in my family do we have anything like this. That was really scary. That was really, really scary. I had been a Weight Watcher for about 10 years. And I'd played around with it as I would pick up a few pounds here and I would drop a few pounds there. So I went back to Weight Watchers. And it's promoted by Healthy You. And within six months of renewing my efforts with Weight Watchers and continuing to follow the Healthy You program, I had dropped my cholesterol, my bad cholesterol, almost 100 points. And they tell me that's unheard of. If you are truly a person who wants to be in charge of your health, this is the program.
