Nyklovice (German: Niklowitz) is a municipality and village in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants.

Nyklovice lies approximately 29 kilometres (18 mi) east of Žďár nad Sázavou, 59 km (37 mi) north-east of Jihlava, and 148 km (92 mi) east of Prague.
