Biografía

Nació en 1848, en la ciudad española de Pamplona.

Se tituló en 1879 como arquitecto en Madrid.

Trabajó el estilo neomudéjar en la construcción de algunos edificios en esta ciudad,[2]​ y colaboró con Carlos Velasco Peinado.[3]​

Obra

El antiguo edificio industrial de la Fábrica de Cervezas El Águila, reconvertido como Biblioteca Regional Joaquín Leguina.
