FreeOTFE es un programa gratuito, de código abierto, para el cifrado de discos 'al vuelo' y de forma transparente (On The Fly Encryption).

FreeOTFE permite diferentes tipos de algoritmos de cifrado como AES (256 bits), Twofish (256 bits), Blowfish (448 bits), Serpent (256 bits), etc.

La versión para Windows Mobile se llama FreeOTFE4PDA.
