Evaluation Leadership Institute (ELI) – The Evaluation Leadership Institute (ELI) prepares principals and central office administrators to evaluate personnel effectively. Aspiring administrators complete a brief online ELI course to obtain their provisional administrative certification. Once administrators are hired, they must complete in-person, ELI training within 90 days of employment. Register for this training if you are an aspiring administrator.

Directions For Educator Evaluation Module Registration:

  1. Go to https://wveis.k12.wv.us/registration/
  2. Review all information before attempting to register for a course:
    1. Select the “Register” button from the top of the screen.
    2. Select your role from the drop down menu. (Educator Eval Module Participant)
    3. Select a course associated with your role. (Educator Eval Module)
    4. Enrollment is limited to one course.
    5. You will not have the ability to delete a course selection.
    6. Submit your registration.

Register for this training if you have been hired as an administrator within the last 90 days.
