The body sensor network (BSN) technology is one of the central technologies of IOT developments in the healthcare system, wherever a patient can be observed using a group of small powered and lightweight wireless sensor nodes. Yet, the evolution of this new technology in healthcare applications externally thinking security makes patient privacy unprotected. highlight some essential protection provisions in BSN based modern healthcare system. Consequently, begin a secure IOT based healthcare system using BSN, which can efficiently fulfill those conditions.

BSN is a prior and emerging technology in the medical field .BSN care system first deploy light weight ,tiny-powered sensors on patient body which communicate with each other and the coordinator node which is on the body.This system mainly focuses on the measurement and estimation of important parameters like ECG,temperature,level of blood. This real time system focuses on several parameters like patient location, data storage, motion detection and transmission of data as well as alert messages to first responder and server of hospital.In this system we are using three types of sensors ECG sensor,temperature sensor and level sensor which gathers patients information and sends to micro-controller via which it goes to BTC(Bluetooth Controller) through it is transferred to an Android smart phone of patient via Wi-Fi/Internet it goes to server and from the server data is sends to doctors Android App. We are additionally using NFC(Near Field Communication) technology,motion detection of patient by continuous grabbing of feed from camera.Subsequently, by using this customized algorithm we proposed IOT based healthcare system using body sensors which efficiently accomplish requirement.

Jenis kambing ini dikembangkan untuk lebih mudah beradaptasi dengan kondisi Indonesia Standar tersebut menyebutkan bahwa bibit kambing Peranakan Etawah yang memenuhi syarat mutu adalah yang sehat dan bebas dari penyakit hewan strategis yang dinyatakan oleh dokter hewan yang punya kewenangan. Kambing ini harus bebas dari segala bentuk cacat fisik dan cacat organ reproduksi, untuk bibit kambing jantan memiliki libido dan kualitas semen yang yang baik dan untuk bibit kambing betina memilih kambing normal dan simetris. Jika dilihat dari segi fisik kambing jenis ini memiliki warna bulu putih, hitam, coklat atau kombinasi, dengan bagian belakang tubuh memiliki rewos atau surai dan ekor kecil. Over the last decade, the demand for efficient healthcare monitoring has increased and forced the health and wellness industry to embrace modern technological advances. Body Sensor Networks, or BSNs, can remotely collect users data and upload vital statistics to servers over the Internet. Advances in wireless technologies such as cellular devices and Bluetooth increase the mobility users experience while wearing a body sensor network. When connected by the proper framework, BSNs can efficiently monitor and record data while minimizing the energy expenditure of nodes in the BSN. Social networking sites play a large role in the aggregation and sharing of data between many users. Connecting a BSN to a social network creates the unique ability to share health related data with other users through social interaction. In this research, we present an integration of BSNs and social networks to establish a community promoting well being and great social awareness. We present the system architecture; both hardware and software, of a prototype implementation using Zephyr HxM heart monitor, Intel-Shimmer EMG senor and a Samsung Captivate smart phone. We provide implementation details for the design on the base station, the database server and the Facebook application. We illustrate how the Android application was designed with both functionality and user perspective in mind that resulted in an easy to use system. This prototype can be used in multiple health related applications based on the type of sensors used.

Body area network (BAN) is an emerging technology in computer world, and plays very vigorous role in a society, mainly in health services. BAN helps in monitoring vital signs of a patient and can monitor patient’s history in routine life activities to provide them accurate treatment. Doctors can check the complete details of patients from remote location and can recommend a suitable medication. The main purpose of this technology is to reduce the load at hospitals and provide efficient healthcare facility remotely using medical implant communication system (MICS) and Wireless medical telemetry system (WMTS). To monitor the patients in their natural environments is not practical when devices or sensors are connected through a wire that is why we use Wireless body area network (WBAN) to carrying out daily activities through unobtrusive and contented way. This technology can provide very cheaper, easier and quick respondent history of patient.

With the popularity of smart phones and its apps usage the advancement of wireless body sensor networks (BSNs) and the mobile Healthcare (m-Healthcare), now a day’s healthcare providers have transformed into a pervasive environment for better health monitoring even though the major challenge in the mobile healthcare includes information security and privacy preservation. In this paper, we propose a fascinating extended secure and privacy-preserving opportunistic computing framework named as SPOC for m-Healthcare emergency. ESPOC provides smart phone resources that make use of computing power and energy that can be opportunistically gathered to process the computing-intensive personal health information (PHI) during m-Healthcare emergency even with minimal privacy disclosure. In this paper we propose an efficient user-centric privacy access control in ESPOC framework that is based on an new attribute-based access control and a new privacy-preserving scalar product a computation technique that provides knowledge on participate of opportunistic computing to assist in processing his overwhelming PHI data to leverage the PHI privacy disclosure and the high reliability of PHI process and transmission in m-Healthcare. Detailed security analysis shows proposed framework can efficiently achieve user-centric privacy access control in m-Healthcare emergency.

Day-long continuous monitoring requires stable sensors
that can minimise the effects of drift and maintain high
accuracy and precision over time. We have recently shown that
our inertial motion tracking system can capture stable kinematic
data, calibrated against ground-truth over a long period of
time. However, for many clinical and daily life activities, it
is also essential to monitor the muscle-activity. In this study,
we evaluate the long-term recording stability of our prototype
mechanomyography (MMG) sensors as an extension to our
existing ETHO1 body sensor network platform. We attached
the MMG sensors along with commercial high-accuracy EMG
electrodes on the arm muscles of 5 subjects throughout a working
day of 9 hours. The subjects followed their daily routine but
they had to perform a multi-level force-matching task through
flexion and extension of their arm during four short sessions of
the day, as measures of practical signal quality. We designed a
force predictor that used either EMG or MMG signals to predict
the forces generated by subjects. Our prototype low-cost MMG
channels have shown comparable results (RMSE: 23N and R^2:
0.91) in predicting the force levels applied when compared against
the commercial high-accuracy EMG sensor (RMSE: 19N and R^2:
0.95).
