Information war waged by Russia against Europe exceeds classical terms of information war. In a classical sense, Lithuania is not losing an information war to Russia. On the contrary, Russia is the one losing. In the classical sense, the aim of any information war is to weaken the society of one’s adversary and prepare it for non-resistance in case of real aggression. That definitely is not the case in Lithuania, where society is now consolidated against the threat of potential Russian aggression as never before. But this is only one part of the picture. Thinking in Western terms when it comes to Russia could be misleading. And information war is a Western term, which is not always applicable to Kremlin actions. Instead of a focus on classical information war, we should pay more attention to the well-known tool of the KGB of the Soviet era called “active measures.”

The three main thematic areas in which Dostoevsky's philosophy is built are: Epistemology, Anthropology and Religion. The establishing of the problem is set within the frames of epistemology where, mainly through Records from the Underground, the analysis of problems of cognition and antinomies to which the mind comes was made. After locating these problems within epistemology, as well as determining that they cannot be resolved within those boundaries, they are blending together in the area of anthropology. Here is the basic problem that Dostoevsky is interested in - a man, placed in the light of freedom, as the determinant of his essence. Dostoevsky’s final synthesis is shown in the field of religion. The synthesis is in Christ which is more than merely a form of moral pattern and ideal, he is God-Man in whom all antagonisms get their conciliation and sense. Thus ratio has definitely moved into a unique mystical realism in which unity is achieved in the above - empirical sphere.

Abstract
The tourism sector in our country Turkey is gaining momentum everyday as in the whole world. Our country welcomes a large number of tourists every year with its unique nature and climate. Over the past few years, our holiday destinations, which have been attracted by visitors from more European countries, are attracting more visitors from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus today, depending on the relationships we have developed in almost every area. This situation makes the use of Russian compulsory as a second foreign language, as well as other foreign languages such as English, German and French, which are generally required in the tourism sector.
Intermediate staff who knows foreign languages in the tourism sector and who communicates face to face with people are mostly graduated from tourism departments in vocational colleges. Nowadays, in terms of employment, it has become a necessity for these people to have a qualified Russian knowledge as well as a qualified education in English as a second foreign language. Even in some of our touristic regions, such as Antalya, it is observed that Russian language leads other foreign languages.
All these indicators make it mandatory to teach Russian as a second foreign language in vocational schools for intermediate staff working in the tourism sector. In this study, after referring to foreign language teaching methods, teaching Russian and textbooks taught in Russian courses in tourism departments of vocational colleges in general; in conclusion and suggestions parts we will give some suggestions to make an effective foreign language (Russian) lesson in the tourism departments of vocational colleges.

Tüm dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de turizm sektörü her geçen gün büyük bir ivme kazanmaktadır. Ülkemiz eşsiz doğası ve iklimiyle her yıl çok sayıda turisti ağırlamaktadır. Geçtiğimiz yıllarda daha çok Avrupa ülkelerinden ziyaretçi akınına uğrayan tatil beldelerimiz, bugün Rusya ve BDT ülkeleriyle hemen hemen her alanda gelişen ilişkilerimize bağlı olarak, bu ülkelerden daha fazla sayıda ziyaretçiyi ağırlamaktadır. Bu durum, turizm sektöründe genel olarak İngilizce, Almanca, Fransızca gibi gerekli olan yabancı dillerin yanı sıra, ikinci yabancı dil olarak Rusçanın kullanılmasını zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Turizm sektöründe yabancı dil bilen, insanlarla yüz yüze iletişim kurarak çalışan ara elemanlar ise çoğunlukla meslek yüksekokullarındaki turizm bölümlerinden mezun olmaktadırlar. Günümüzde istihdam noktasında, bu elemanların iyi bir İngilizce eğitimine sahip olmalarının yanı sıra, ikinci yabancı dil olarak Rusçaya da hâkim olmaları artık bir zorunluluk haline gelmiştir. Hatta Antalya gibi bazı turistik yörelerimizde Rusçanın diğer yabancı dillerin de önüne geçtiği gözlenmektedir. Tüm bu göstergeler turizm sektöründe çalışan ara elemanlar için, meslek yüksekokullarında ikinci yabancı dil olarak Rusçanın öğretilmesini zorunlu hale getirmektedir. Bu çalışmamızda, genel olarak yabancı dil öğretim yöntemlerine, meslek yüksekokulu turizm bölümlerinde Rusça öğretimi ve bu bölümlerdeki Rusça derslerinde okutulan ders kitaplarına değindikten sonra, sonuç ve öneriler kısmında meslek yüksekokulu turizm bölümlerinde etkili bir yabancı dil (Rusça) dersi gerçekleştirmek için birtakım önerilerde bulunacağız.

The paper is devoted to the contribution of morphological works by the outstanding Russian linguist A. Zalizniak to Russian and general morphology and to possible ways of the development of his ideas.

В диссертации впервые проводится комплексное исследование представлений о России великих князей Николая и Александра Александровичей, воссоздается система их взглядов на население Российской империи, а также экономику и государственные учреждения пореформенной России. Проведенное исследование позволяет лучше понять процесс формирования мировоззрения членов Российской императорской фамилии.

В статье исследуется российская несистемная оппозиция как политический феномен, категоризация которого произошла в 2000-х гг. Несистемная оппозиция рассматривается в контексте принципиального изменения характера деполитизации после президентских выборов 2012 г., когда административно-бюрократическая рациональность сменилась секьюритизацией ключевых сфер общественной жизни. Отмечается, что мобилизация понятия «неси-стемная оппозиция» является частью стратегии властного дискурса. Постепенно «несистемность» переводится из юридического в культурное предметное поле посредством противопоставления «стабильности» — основному по-стулату риторики президентской кампании Владимира Путина 2012 г. Таким образом запускается механизм отчуж-дения части политического сообщества и формирования негативного к ней отношения в общественном сознании. По мере реализации стратегии секьюритизации это понятие постепенно выходит из публичного оборота.

(= Slavonic names for mosque with special regard to Polish, Silesian, Czech and Slovak data). -- Abstract: Even though mosques are a typical element of the Islamic culture the channels through which their designations came into Slavonic (as well as some other European languages) are not really well known. This author divides Slavonic reflexes of the Arabo-Turkic word into eight groups and discusses the reasons for their various shapes. The essay is composed of three parts: (1) Background and Western European data; (2) Slavonic and German; (3) Results and questions. The most interesting aspect is that of a semantic difference between two types of words (meczet ~ mešita ~ mošeja and džamija) and its importance for the etymology, as well as some comments on the source of the Czech and Slovak word on the one hand and the Russian term on the other. In the end of part (2) particular attention is paid to the question whether the Silesian name was borrowed from Polish or from Czech.

Псковский областной словарь с историческими данными – словарь полного типа: в нем представлены все бытующие в крестьянской речи общерусские и диалектные слова. Это также первый исторический словарь народных говоров. В нем используются данные из средневековых памятников письменности и документов XIV–XVIII вв. Псковской земли.

Словарь адресован лингвистам разных специальностей, историкам, этнографам, фольклористам, специалистам-филологам и всем, кто серьезно изучает русский язык.

Словарь псковских народных говоров составляется коллективом преподавателей, аспирантов, студентов филологического факультета Ленинградского/Санкт-Петербургского государственного университета на основе богатой картотеки (более 1 000 000 карточек). Эта ценнейшая картотека собрана на протяжении последних 40 лет во время ежегодных диалектологических экспедиций в Псковскую область. По объему "Псковский областной словарь с историческими данными" почти равен четырехтомному "Толковому словарю живого великорусского языка" В.И. Даля.

Народная речь Псковской области представляет большой интерес в международном плане, не говоря уже о ее исключительном значении для историков и диалектологов русского языка, так как она отражает тысячелетние связи и культурный обмен русского населения с тесно примыкающими народами прибалтийско-финской группы, с латышами и литовцами, а также и белорусами.

Большим преимуществом перед всеми имеющимися областными словарями русского языка (как и других славянских языков) будет наличие в  Словаре большого исторического материала. Кроме Новгорода, ни один край ("удел") феодальной эпохи не сохранил такого обилия торговой, юридической, политической документации, такой богатой местной литературы; достаточно напомнить о выдающихся своим местным колоритом Псковских летописях. Это дало нам возможность впервые в русской лексикографии поставить в непосредственную связь лексику современных псковских говоров с отражениями живой народной речи в документах и памятниках письменности феодальной эпохи. Региональный словарь на широком историческом фоне - принципиально новое дело в мировом языкознании.

Russia-NATO relations have been volatile since the dissolution of the Soviet Union. The phases of succession between cooperation and confrontation progressed in almost cyclical fashion. The periods of engagement culminating with declarations of Russian presidents Yeltsin and Putin about Moscow’s intentions to join NATO have contrasted with periods of distrust after the Alliance’s military operation in the former Republic of Yugoslavia or the Russian invasion of Georgia. However, the tension between the two actors never reached as low a level as that which followed the annexation of Crimea. This has been especially evident in Russian official discourse.

In this paper, we outline role of internal logic, a market and/or industry analysis that should be performed to provide the information needed for a sound decision-making regarding entry market strategy in global market. The same idea of specifying the relevancy of market and industry analysis as major requirement for entry in the global market analysis model which is relevant to prior entry in emerging international markets focusing on the timing of entry, the magnitude of investment at entry, and the area of competitive emphasis at entry-affects and  long-term performance in the marketplace.
