Various marketing strategies characterize the cosmetic industries over India. It is based on the ability to initiate rapid product innovation into the market without any delay. This strategy assists various cosmetic industries in deciding for segmentation, positioning, and targeting product sales. Developing a plan for marketing strategies includes a goal, business vision, and selling proposition. The ultimate goal of this work is to analyze the marketing strategies of cosmetic companies to launch various innovative ideas that boost product sales. The problem related to cosmetic industries has to ensure, "How successfully the cosmetic industries plan for marketing the products over the market?" This work concentrates on analyzing the various factors related to recent trends adopted in cosmetic industries. The analysis is performed with SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats) and 4P's (Product, Price, Promotion, and Place) variables. This strategic analysis is performed using both primary and secondary sources.

Hacer el análisis FODA de la situación significa identificar los factores internos y externos que afectan el desempeño de la organización (Reyes, 2015). De manera particular se trata de empezar haciendo un listado de los Factores Externos, es decir las Oportunidades y las Amenazas, posteriormente abordar los factores internos, tales como las Fortalezas y las Amenazas.

Es menester mencionar que el ejercicio del análisis de la matriz FODA, se realiza al cruzar las columnas con los renglones en cada uno de los cuadrantes, esto con el propósito de generar un conjunto de estrategias que pueden ser útiles para aprovechar las fortalezas y las oportunidades, o bien reforzar las debilidades para beneficiarse de las oportunidades del entorno, así también deberán surgir las estrategias para concentrar las fortalezas internas a efecto de enfrentar las amenazas del exterior y finalmente, existe la posibilidad de cuestionar el modelo de negocios, o las estrategias que no han funcionado como se esperaba porque confluyen nuestras debilidades internas y las amenazas del entorno (Reyes, 2015).

With the increase of the demand of people for agricultural by-product, cold chain logistics, which can guarantee the quality of products, has attracted more and more attention .As a new mode of logistics cold chain logistics give consumers better product quality and user experience through modern technological means. Although cold chain logistics has developed rapidly in recent years， there are still some problems. The paper uses SWTO method to analyze the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of development of cold chain logistics in China. Finally according to the results of study gives some corresponding measures and suggestions on how to develop the cold chain logistics. I. THE SIGNIFICANCE OF DEVELOPING COLD CHAIN LOGISTICS A. Meeting consumers' need In recent years, with the improvement of people's consumption level, more and more people tip of the pyramid, purchasing power is also growing. Customers demand the foods that are fresh and natural, so they expect higher to logistic. But limited by nature and geology condition, fresh and safe fruits vegetables cannot reach the consumer in time. The problem has been effectively solved by cold chain logistics. Because cold chain logistics can prolong the preservation of fruits and vegetables effectively, by using refrigerated technical. B. Expand the sales channels of fresh products Cold chain logistics also provides a broad channel for the sale of fresh products. Farmers can cooperate with cold chain logistics enterprises, they can depend on cold chain logistics enter to handle the deliveries. This will reduce the cost of farmers' losses due to spoilage during storage and distribution. Developing cold chain logistics is credited with helping raise living standards and increase the country's economic growth.

The paper presents SWOT analysis of Traditional Medicine (TM) in Nigeria using various results in scientific research and author's critical opinion on the past, present and future of this important sector of agriculture. The paper is based on the study of many published articles closely connected with the topic. The results emphasized that Nigeria has a long history and culture of TM, conducive climate for the growing of herbs and other materials related to it. Also, TM is available, accessible, acceptable, affordable, widely used, and perceived as effective by the people with virtually no side effects. The weaknesses are: the unverifiable and inexplicable aspects of occultic/witchcraft practices; the practitioners lack the skill for correct diagnosis of serious disorders, inadequate coordination of practitioners activities giving room to dubious and unscrupulous elements. Also, opportunities that exists for TMP are: existence of a virile Herbs and Leaves Traditional Medicines Practitioners' Association of Nigeria, large number of population of TM practitioners with great spread over all ethnic groups coupled with a large Nigerian population of about 170million consumers. The threats: the activities and practices of charlatans, the importation of higher quality TM products and the reality of some herbs are going into extinction. It is concluded that TM occupies a pivotal position in the Nigerian rural health service delivery system which cannot be neglected. Therefore, there is the need to create an enabling environment for the development of traditional medicine and its eventual integration into the health care delivery system of the country

"This paper aims at emphasizing the importance of the UAE cybercrime law enacted in June 2006. In this paper, a SWOT analysis of the UAE cybercrime law is conducted to identify the internal factors (strength and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats). It is found that some articles of the UAE cybercrime law contain some deficiencies both in defining imprisonment period and fine value. For this purpose, it is suggested to benchmark with other cybercrime laws of other countries like the United States, the United Kingdom and India in order to clarify and upgrade any missing points which will result in a law that commensurate with the progress going in the field of cybercrime.

This paper provides analysis on Cadbury, Inc and confectionery industry. The paper analyzes the external and internal forces affecting the company, the industry it operates and its business level strategy. Further, it gives detailed information about the SWOT analysis of the company. Considering the situational features such as opportunities and threats when designing the environmental analysis and making realistic marketing plan is very crucial because a company will benefit from its own strengths, eliminate its weaknesses, benefit from environmental opportunities and protect itself from environmental threats. On the simple basis of product quality and taste, Cadbury proves to be superior to other commercially available chocolate even with the seeming similarities in texture. This paper deals with two main research flows: environmental analysis and situational factors which allows organizations to compose a realistic and effective marketing plan. This study provides a framework that implement a common consensus on these research flows by specifiying some important issues for future research and by making effective strategy analysis in the confectionery industry. Çalışma, SWOT analizi yardımıyla Cadbury A.Ş.'nin içinde bulunduğu sektörü ve işletme düzeyinde stratejileri etkileyen dış ve iç kuvvetleri analiz etmektedir. Çevrenin analizi ve şirketin pazarlama planı tasarlanırken durumsal faktörler göz önünde bulundurulduğu gözlenmiştir. Cadbury A.Ş.'nin örgütsel bağlamda sahip olduğu güçlü yönlerden faydalanırken; zayıf yönlerin olumsuz etkilerini en aza indirgemeye yönelik çeşitli stratejiler kurduğu görülmüştür. Şirketin bu stratejileri, pazar fırsatlarından yararlanmasına ve herhangi bir tehditten kaçınmasına fayda sağlayacağı için oldukça önemlidir. Cadbury A.Ş.'nin ürünleri yüksek fiyatla ithal edilen atıştırmalık ve yiyeceklere kıyasla daha uygun fiyatlı ve eşit derecede rekabetçi bir alternatiftir. Cadbury A.Ş.'nin şirket stratejilerinin aynı sektörde yer alan diğer şirketlerden daha üstün ve başarılı olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Çalışma, şirketi etkileyen dış güçleri, bulunduğu sektörü ve şirketin çevresini analiz etmektedir. Böylelikle şekerleme endüstrisinin geleceği hakkında gerçekçi öngörüler sunulmakta ve sektörün dinamikleri hakkında önemli bilgilere ulaşılmaktadır. Bu çalışma gelecekteki araştırmalara şekerleme endüstrisindeki firmaların çevresel analizi için önemli alanları vurgulayan kavramsal bir çerçeve sunmaktadır.

Mocaf flour is one of the products of modified cassava. CV Karunia Maha Cipta (CV KMC) is one of mocaf flour producers agroindustry that has not been optimal in business development, so it is necessary to formulate the best business strategy. This study aims to identify internal and external factors, formulate alternative business development strategies and the best strategy priorities that can be applied in the development of mocaf flour business. The Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices are used to analyze factors that are appropriate to the company's conditions, to determine alternative strategies used in the Internal-External (IE) and Stengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) matrix. In addition to determine the priority strategy used Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Alternative strategy gained is joining the organic community of Indonesia; utilizing social media and buying and selling sites; cooperation with the non-wheat food industry; display information on the legality of the product; in collaboration with academics; asking for support to the government; and established Research and Development (R & D) division. Based on these alternatives, the priority of strategy that can be applied is to join the organic community of Indonesia with the value of Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) of 6.677 in Strategy 4. ABSTRAK Tepung mocaf merupakan salah satu produk hasil modifikasi ubi kayu. CV Karunia Maha Cipta (CV KMC) yang merupakan salah satu agroindustri produsen tepung mocaf yang belum optimal dalam pengembangan bisnis, sehingga perlu perumusan strategi bisnis yang terbaik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal, merumuskan alternatif strategi pengembangan bisnis dan prioritas strategi terbaik yang dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan bisnis tepung mocaf. Matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) dan External Factor Evaluation (EFE) digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor yang sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan, sedangkan matriks Internal-External (IE) dan Stengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) digunakan untuk menentukan alternatif strategi. Selain itu untuk menentukan strategi prioritas digunakan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrik (QSPM). Alternatif strategi yang diperoleh yaitu bergabung dengan komunitas organik Indonesia; memanfaatkan media sosial dan situs jual beli; kerja sama dengan industri pangan non terigu; menampilkan informasi mengenai legalitas produk; berkerjasama dengan akademisi; meminta dukungan kepada pemerintah; dan dibentuk divisi Research and Development (R&D). Berdasarkan alternatif-alternatif tersebut didapatkan prioritas strategi yang dapat diterapkan yaitu bergabung dengan komunitas organik Indonesia dengan nilai Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) sebesar 6,677 pada Strategi 4. Sürekli katma değer üreten ve Türkiye’nin birçok yönden potansiyel ili durumunda bulunan Çorum üzerine yapılan bu çalışma, Çorum’a yatırım yapmayı düşünen yatırımcılar için kılavuz niteliğinde hazırlanmış akademik bir çalışmadır. İstikrarlı bir şekilde sürekli büyüyen ve gelişen Çorum için yapılmış olan SWOT Analizi kendi alanında yapılan çalışmalardan farklı olarak daha fazla birincil ve ikincil veriler kullanılarak hazırlanmış olup yaklaşık 2 yıllık bir emeğin ürünüdür. Çorum ili SWOT analizi Çorum’da karar vericiler ve yöneticilere, Çorum ekonomisi için önemli stratejik kararlar almalarında kolaylık sağlarken belirlenen hedef ve politikaların sağlanması ve gerçekleştirilmesine de imkân verecektir. The aim of this study is to develop new strategies for sustainable development of a group and to establish a holding from several companies by considering the regulations in the World Trade, recent developments in textile sector and raising conflicts among stakeholders. In this study, internal analysis of the group was carried out with interviews, observations and surveys. To prepare external analysis, the economical situation of Turkey and the World was researched and categorized under standard PEST (Political – Economic – Sociocultural – Technological) categories. Later, SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis of the group was prepared and most significant factors were chosen. Important problems were identified and the purposes and objectives of the firm were determined by focusing on opportunities. In the light of these factors, TOWS (Threats, Opportunities, Weaknesses, and Strengths) matrix was prepared to combine external and internal factors of the enterprise in order to deploy strategies. A new organization structure of the group was determined and presented based on these strategies.Šio straipsnio tikslas – pateikti Turkijos Kipas grupės, veikiančios tekstilės ir aprangos pramonėje, darnaus vystymosi strategijas, reorganizuojant grupę į holdingą. Tokiam organizacijos apsisprendimui įtakos turėjo pasaulio prekybos reguliavimo tekstilės sektoriaus pokyčiai, auganti Kinijos tekstilės produkcijos pasiūla ir vidinių konfliktų tarp suinteresuotų asmenų grupės viduje augimas. Šiame tyrime pristatoma vidinė Kipas grupės aplinkos analizė. Ji atlikta remiantis interviu, stebėjimo ir apklausos rezultatais. Išorinė aplinkos analizė ir Turkijos bei pasaulio ekonominė situacija analizuota remiantis PEST analize. Vėliau parengta SSGG (stiprybių, silpnybių, galimybių, grėsmių) grupės analizė ir išskirti reikšmingiausi veiksniai, darantys poveikį. Orientuojantis į išskirtas galimybes, buvo nustatyti strateginiai organizacijos tikslai ir uždaviniai. Kitu žingsniu, remiantis atlikta analize, buvo atlikta dar viena – šį kartą GGSS (galimybių, grėsmių, silpnybių, stiprybių) analizė. Ji sujungė išanalizuotus išorinius ir vidinius organizacijos aplinkos veiksnius, siekiant sudaryti darnaus vystymosi strategijas. Dėl to Kipas grupei buvo pasiūlyta nauja organizacinė struktūra.

RESUMEN:

Este trabajo ofrece un modelo de competitividad para apoyar las decisiones de la alta dirección referentes a la administración estratégica de las organizaciones, para tal fin se desarrolló un análisis multifactorial para identificar aquellos factores internos y externos que contribuyen a explicar la competitividad; el levantamiento de la muestra registró un 95% de confianza y el instrumento utilizado arrojó una confiabilidad de 90.2% en el Coeficiente Alfa Cronbach cuando fueron conjugados ambos factores en dicho análisis. Se utilizó un indicador global de la competitividad como variable dependiente con el propósito de efectuar las ecuaciones de regresión múltiple. El Coeficiente de Determinación R2 Ajustado de los factores internos fue 84.6%, mientras que para los factores externos fue 80.3%, lo que confirma el alto poder explicativo del modelo.


Se encontró que de los factores internos, los de mayor significancia fueron: Calidad del Producto o Servicio, Capacidad Financiera y de Liquidez, Desarrollo de Innovaciones y Posición Tecnológica, Gestión de Ventas y Mercadotecnia, Formación Gerencial y del Nivel Directivo, así como Procesos Administrativos y Productividad; mientras que de los factores externos las variables más significativas fueron: Cadenas Productivas y Clúster Industrial, Entorno Específico del Sector Industrial, Integración con un Grupo Estratégico y finalmente Redes Sociales y de Contacto. De los resultados se concluye que para lograr la competitividad de las organizaciones se deben tomar decisiones con base en la Gestión Estratégica de los Factores Internos y Externos.

Today, sports tourism, the fastest growing segments of the global tourism industry, is considered. Sport Tourism is a notion that, in
recent decades, not only the exchange of good for the country, provides, but also in the development of culture and health, is involved.
The country benefiting from the special charm of sport tourism requires a comprehensive review in this field. This study, based on a method description- analytical, and utilization of available resources in the field of sports tourism, and their role in the development of sports tourism in the country, as well as a comprehensive review, analysis SWOT, has been set basic guidelines for the development of sports tourism in the country. The results of the analysis of the potential and limitations, it suggests that the benefit of proper infrastructure and the areas of sports, and sports spaces, the human capital of the country, benefiting from a weighted score of 0.64, the position First strengths and inappropriate accommodation and welfare facilities, with a weighted score of 0.48 in the first position
of weakness, increased motivation to travel to Iran for sporting activities, with a weighted score of 0.56, has the highest weight rating, and the first-order opportunities, and the lack of adequate facilities for sports tourism, with a weighted score of 0.52, in the first place threats, lies. The most important strategies in this regard, can be applied, namely, infrastructure services, recreational facilities, health and fitness centers in all the tourist sites, optimal athletic potential, and human resources of the country, and efforts to strengthen attracting people to the sport inside and out, can be expressed. However, other mechanisms are in place were discussed, if the implementation can develop sports tourism in the lead.

In the current era of a highly strained business environment in banking organizations encounter with transpiring challenges in form of optimization and acquisition of the human resource. Being valuable and scarce capabilities, human resources are considered as a source of tenable vying mastery. The success of a banking organization depends upon several factors; however, one of the most crucial factors that influence the organization performance is its employee. The HRM practices like Training, Team Work, Performance Appraisal, and Compensation has an imperative impact on the banks. Human resources play an integral role in achieving an innovative and high-quality service/ product. The present study through the SWOT evaluation attempts to examine and analyse the impact of all these factors and the role of training and development of private sector banking employees in India. Also to assess the present status of the employee effectiveness in discharging the roles and responsibilities in tune with the objectives of the bank. The effectiveness of the various facets of training i.e. employee's attitude towards the application of practice; training inputs; quality of training programmes and training inputs to the actual job.

The move towards offering product-service systems (PSS) requires the involvement of stakeholders from heterogeneous functions or companies with knowledge of the different stages of the life cycle. This challenges the way in which organizations create, share, and manage knowledge across functional and corporate boundaries. The management and reuse of knowledge within the cross-functional teams are still enormous tasks, especially when dealing with semi- structured or unstructured information, as well as with informal and tacit knowledge.
The purpose is to explore how a lightweight collaborative approach can support knowledge sharing in cross-functional collaboration in the context of product-service system development. Through an empirical analysis of the knowledge management practices within cross-functional collaborative teams in the aerospace supply chain, this thesis describes the knowledge-related problems in light of the implementation of a PSS paradigm and explores how lightweight collaborative technologies can enable knowledge sharing in boundary-crossing collaborative working environments. The study adopts a qualitative research methodology whose empirical findings are based on two industrial case studies. Data have primarily been generated through interviews, focus group meetings, and survey questionnaires.
The research work outlines the limitations of current knowledge management systems in capturing, managing, and reusing cross-functional knowledge in PSS development in terms of knowledge sharing, pointing to lightweight collaborative technologies as a key knowledge-sharing enabler for PSS development. Furthermore, the study elaborates upon the opportunities and challenges embedded in the lightweight concept by using SWOT analysis as well the development of several scenarios in which social, bottom-up technologies are applied in an engineering context. This approach results in the identification of promising areas for the significant impact of PSS development, such as in identifying new product opportunities, locating the right capabilities in the organization, and capturing the design intent and design rationale. These areas eventually highlight the features and requirements for effective lightweight knowledge sharing in PSS development efforts.
The research work introduces Web 2.0/social software applications and methods as a bottom-up and lightweight collaborative approach for knowledge sharing in PSS development. First, the study determines that these technologies can enhance knowledge sharing by providing empowering opportunities and dynamic way of interactions for knowledge workers. Second, these technologies can improve teams’ capabilities by exploiting the network of connections through the collective creation and maintenance of shared knowledge assets with a common understanding. Such improvements will eventually enhance decision making and sense making in a global, virtual, and cross-functional team setting. Finally-and most importantly- these technologies can amplify access to individual tacit knowledge, thereby ensuring continuous organizational learning.
This research work is particularly significant as the adoption of a Web 2.0/social approach in engineering collaboration is still not eminent. The thesis outlines several issues that have to be addressed from both methodological and technological perspectives before pursuing the wide adoption of lightweight tools in the areas identified.

Tourism industry is considered to be the largest and most diverse industry in the world. Dehloran desert region in Ilam province has unique natural and ecotourism attractions such as dunes and sandy areas and many tourist attractions, especially ecotourism. Still, the planners have not appropriately considered it. On the other hand, it is necessary to use employment-creating methods that are environment friendly and require minimal investment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the Weaknesses, Strengths, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) faced by tourists in the Abo-Ghovair desert in the Dehloran region and provide appropriate and efficient strategies. To study the ecotourism potential of the study area, the library and field information was used, and then data were analyzed using SPSS software. Then, using the SWOT analytical model, strategies are proposed in line with the situation in the region and the status quo. Finally, using the AHP model and expert opinions in the Expert Choice software environment, the most critical strategies selected as the identifying strategies among other strategies and determining the process of allocating sufficient funds for the development of advertising facilities, as well as identifying the attractions and abilities of the region through active media in the scale of the region, the province and the country. The SWOT model results showed that the final score of the internal factors (strength and weakness) is equal to 2.16. The final score of the external factors (opportunity and threat) is 2.31. According to the principles of strategic management, the strategic location of the study area was determined in the fourth area of the chart, in which defensive strategies (WT) were selected.
