This paper proposed a public transport system which emphasize on secure travel technique by using Aadhaar card as a travel card. In this study we seek to explain the use of mobile services like mobile ticketing in public transportation previously , this paper provides a brief glance at secure travel system, since the passengers flow in public transportation is increasing day by day as the population is increasing secure travel is an important social need of today which done by using Aadhaar card. Aadhaar card. Aadhaar consist of 12-digit unique number which is the unique identification authority of India (UIDAI).For each and every individual, transaction-ID for every customer will be unique. It presents a brief review on Aadhaar card, and discusses the scope and advantages of linking Aadhaar card to fake travelers. Customer detail will be stored in the database for each and every route, thus it would be beneficial for retrieving the data from database in case any disaster or terrorist attack providing efficient and convenient mechanism for recharge facility for the customer make this system user friendly. Further we present various cases in which Aadhaar card may pose security threats. In this paper followed by a discussion on the loopholes in the existing system. We conducted literature survey based on the various research articles, leading newspapers, case studies and categorized the various cases into three categories. Aadhaar project is one of the significant projects in India to bring the universal trend of digital innovation. The launch of this project was focused on the inter-operability of various egovernance functionalities to ensure the better utilization of Information, Communication and Technology Infrastructure. Towards this Government of India has recently made Aadhaar card mandatory for many government applications, and also has promoted Aadhaar enabled transactions. There are many issues related to security and privacy of the Aadhaar data need to be addressed. This paper highlights such cases.

Currently, In most of the Airports in India, airline tickets and passenger identity proof are checked manually at the airport entry gate which can lead to the generation of illegitimate passenger migrations. Many individuals may generate fake identities on airline tickets for bad intentions work, leading to threats for the country. To overcome this problem, we are implementing a system in which the personal identity of an individual will be verified before he/she proceeds for booking and the airline ticket will be verified digitally at the airport entry gate. The process will have an Airline ticket that will consist of a QR code which will be MD5 Encrypted, for ticket validation. The same QR code will be scanned and verified by a secured android app at the airport entry gate by security executives, which will be directly linked with Airline databases. Once the scanning and decryption of the QR code are done, the airline ticket details (PNR) of the passengers will be cross verified with the database, which will confirm whether the ticket is genuine or not. Through this implementation, we can overcome many problems such as fake tickets/ identity time consumption, security anxieties, and many illegal migrations.

At various points in its existence, the Indian state has deployed technologies to govern the nation. Recently, the state has undertaken a number of large-scale projects to make use of digital technology. The most controversial of these is the Unique Identity (UID) project, which is registering biometric, along with demographic, information about residents. This paper seeks to understand what is at stake politically in this technological intervention. It aims to explore the political logics and consequences of such a biometric system. It argues that UID re-imagines the economy and the state–citizen relationship as a series of transactions. Theoretically, the main thrust of this paper is to understand the “general economy of power”, as Michel Foucault calls it, which is unfolding in India around the issues of capitalist growth, inequality, social protection and terrorism—and UID signals the technological potential for the convergence of these concerns.

The existing identity management system is neither safe nor dependable. At every point, a citizen is being asked to identify himself through multiple government IDs like Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, and so on. Sharing multiple IDs leads to privacy concerns and data breaches.

The proposed system is a combination of Multipurpose ID and a Smart Cell Phone. The physical ID would be provided to everyone on the day of Census, with a unique 16-digit (20-digit in case of global cards) universal identification number. It would carry an IC to record life-time data of a citizen; comprising all significant endorsements; triply secured by an alpha-numeric password, finger-prints and retinal scan. Consequently, all information of the citizen would be available on one click, that too fully transparent and genuine.

Instead of being required to produce a physical form of ID, users could be provided with a digital ID through a personal device, like smartphone [Garg, 2017]. Using the same identification number, the user shall upload all his relevant details and documents (which will be saved in the IPFS or CAS) having hashed address stored in the blockchain. Blockchain offers secure storage of digital identities by providing decentralized, persistent, and immutable framework. It performs the middle and back office functions in a way that the Internet and the Web do to the front office. For data security and ledger consistency, asymmetric cryptography and distributed consensus algorithms can be implemented. The identity management, through blockchain, can allow individuals to have ownership of their identity by creating a national ID to serve multiple purposes.

‘One Nation - One Identity’ concept will revolutionize digitalization and bring qualitative transformation in the life of every Indian. Besides saving human resources, time, money and administrative complexities, the stack of files and papers in offices would also be reduced to fractional level. The Nation would have a red letter day as the change will shape billion lives and bring respite to administrative machinery and public that has crumpled under the red tape.

The recent surge of identification systems globally has revealed the complex, non-uniform and interwoven congregation of policies, industrial and technological standards in the implementation of surveillance systems. This article focuses on the methodological challenges and nuances that scholars face when studying emerging surveillance schemes. We analyse the implementation of the Indian Unique Identification (UID) system, which is the largest implementation of biometric identification in the world. The multimodal biometric system is expected to be a foundation for a wide range of private and public services across the country, and at the same time its systemic structure will allow for comprehensive profiling and tracking of individuals. By analysing the various ways in which identity as a social and scientific category is made known and constructed in the implementation of the UID, we examine how surveillance schemes employ social science methodologies and forefront what implications this has for research.

Digital ID with Electronic Surveillance System: In any developing country, one needs to have an infinite number of documents, at each level; some of which call for periodical renewal. To fetch those documents either one stands in long queues or goes online. Here again, every e-site generates and asks for a new ID and password. This is how, instead of making things simple, these documents and online processes make life more confounded and miserable. The government officials are bogged down with applications for Aadhar, Licenses, Samagra-ID, Ration Card, EPIC, Passport, Bank Pass Books, ATMs, Vehicle Registration, Registries, Reports, Certificates and so on.  Over and above, verification of these documents, at each level, is another deadly exercise.

Till date, not a single system, device or App has been invented, in any part of the world, to save humanity from the drudgery of stacking documents, followed by their photocopies, attestations, and verifications - a never-ending process. The present innovation has been conceived and designed to void this gap.

Tests of readers’ judgments regarding optional ‘that’ introducing relative and complement clauses provide evidence that fine-grained probabilistic knowledge is involved in such judgments and is arguably part of linguistic competence. Previous studies argue that probabilistic factors involved in production also influence judgment, but the predictive models involved here turn most significantly on the highly gradient predictability of an embedded clause. Lab tests were also replicated with crowdsourced populations with significantly correlated results. These results suggest that competence grammar includes not only some degree of probabilistic information, as suggested by prior work, but even access to rather fine-grained probability distributions.

The Food Security Act (FSA) came into force on July 5, 2013 but Jharkhand failed to meet two deadline and months of delay before the launch of the Act and it got delayed in the State due to various reasons. Earlier, the State Government had announced to implement it from July 1 with eight districts to start with but following the Centre's objection it was decided to roll out before October 1 throughout Jharkhand. On 25th Sep. 2015, the Jharkhand Government has implemented the Food Security Act that targets at providing subsidized food grains to around 80 percent of the state's population after preparing data and collecting records of beneficiaries based on the socio-economic survey of 2011.
This article will examine the Aadhar enabled Public Distribution System (AEPDS) in Jharkhand; newly carved state with 29,955,161 Aadhar numbers generated as on March 2016. The scheme is covering 51,70,159 total number of families and more specifically 2,33,40,832 people have been identified for getting rice at Re 1 per kg per head with 23,516 dealers involved in the distribution. As many as 37, 37,609 people in the list are from Antyodaya. In particular, article will also posits the challenges during implementation process of AEPDS and the opportunity through which it is addressing the food security issues of Jharkhand.
Further, the article will also emphasize on the advantages over the traditional method of Public Distribution System by AEPDS.
