The Australian arm of consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal has expanded to 54 managing directors and 300 staff since launching in late 2022 and is now generating “tens of millions” in local revenue.
The firm’s growth, albeit from a low base, is a rare bright spot in an otherwise difficult consulting market.
