    There’s more than a handful of Rich Listers whose road to fortune places them squarely in the middle of a national housing crisis.

    Among them, Tim Gurner, Sam Tarascio and Maha Sinnathamby are all property developers. Their success navigating that crisis has kept them on this year’s list – each of them pegging more or less steady on the previous year’s rankings. This year’s list is out on Friday.
