Hannah WoottonReporter
Construction industry superannuation giant Cbus recorded more complaints on a per member basis than any other major fund in the first half of this financial year, with 3.49 out of every 10,000 customers of the fund reporting service issues to the national watchdog.
This far outweighed the 1.8 averaged across Australia’s 20 biggest super funds, analysis of data from the Australian Financial Complaints Authority revealed. Cbus also paid $1 million in compensation claims to customers in that period.
