This privacy film is exactly as described in the advertisement. It was installed on a warm day to avoid trying to install it on cold glass, which could have created a challenge. The instructions are inside the roll of film and clearly state (with photos) the method of installation. The grid lines assist when measuring for the desired widow size.
After thoroughly cleaning the window, it was applied according to the instructions. The instructions for removing the backing from the film were very helpful. Once installed, the film was easy to adjust if it moved during the pressing out of the air bubbles. This film provides a simple, even opaque finish for privacy. The film is packaged inside a box which protected it from damage during transit.
