My ‘catch’ is actually less than 24 hours. I’m pleasantly surprised that this thing works. After my Amazon package arrived with these I went to Sam’s club and they actually had a 2 light pack with 6 cartridges for about the same price, $29. I bought those as well not even knowing if these were working! Anyways I’m glad I bought these because they are in fact working when we’ve tried so many things. Aunt Fannie’s only works for about a week and then nothing. Even a small bowl of a little wine or something sweet…. That’s always in the way and of course it’s in danger of being knocked off the counter. I also have house plants that can’t go outside and that is really where these gnats come from but they end spreading all throughout the house. Right now I have these two I bought off Amazon and the ones I got from Sam’s club around the house. I also like the light feature as we have nightlights out so no one trips during the night. Those are always full of these gnats so these traps are doing double duty. Hopefully these traps will continue to work and keep them buggers away!
