A list of artist biographies derived from Art Detective, with some external sources noted in italics. Most do not appear in any other standard dictionary or database of artists and, if they do, not in the detail that Art Detective has uncovered for summary here. There are at present 204 biographies. The most recent additions, in June 2024, are Francis Alleyne and Ronald Stanley Jewry.
