'Strong-willed' woman celebrates 110th birthday

A woman, who has celebrated her 110th birthday, says her secret to living a long life is to be "strong willed".

Hilda Leggett was born in Finsbury, London, in 1914 - two weeks before the First World War.

After working for the St John Ambulance in London during the Second World War, Hilda was evacuated to Shropshire where she and her husband had her only son Andy - now in his late 70s.

Hilda lived independently until she was 107, and now lives at a care home in Bristol.
