Bangari say wetin happun for di judgement body na typo error wey no in anyway change di findings and conclusion of di court.

E insist say contrary to all di tori around, di judgement of di court wey sack Govnor Abba Yusuf remain valid.

Dis dey come as di All Progressives Congress, APC lawyer bin react to one document wey dey circulate on social media about di Court of Appeal judgement on who win di March 23, Kano state govnorship election.

Appeal court bin sack di incumbent Govnor of Kano State, Abba Yusuf wey dem elect under di New Nigeria People's Party, NNPP.

But one document wey begin circulate online wey be like say e tok odawise dey cause some confusion.

Barrister Abdullahi Adamu Fagge of di APC bin tok say although dem neva officially get di final documents from di Court of Appeal, e don see di one wey don go viral for social media.

“Even if di document wey dey circulate na di correct court papers, still na APC win because di whole documents na 72 pages and na for only one page court support NNPP.”

“In fact na for just a few lines dem get court backing all di rest pages na APC get am.”

Barrister Fagge say if pipo study di document well dem go observe say at di end court even dismiss di appeal which means say na NNPP appeal dem dismiss.

“During di time wey di judges dey deliver judgement dem, make am clear say dem dismiss NNPP appeal.”

On dia part, di New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP lawyer Barrister Bashir Tudun Wazirci tok say final court judgement na di one wey comot for written documents wey get signatures and everytin.

“Even if court wan make INEC withdraw certificate of return of a candidate it must dey written, no be matter of using mouth to tok am.”

“As far as we dey concerned, di papers dey show say na NNPP win case since signatures and stamp of court dey inside.”

Meanwhile, NNPP don file a notice of appeal before di Supreme Court to challenge di November 17 judgement of di Court of Appeal wey uphold di decision of the Election Petition Tribunal, wey sack Governor Abba Yusuf and declare Nasiru Gawuna, of di APC as di elected govnor of Kano State.

Before di clarification from di Appeal Court, Barrister Bulama Bukarti wey be independent lawyer bin tok say afta studying di document say e dey clear to see say contradiction from di court happun.

E tok say for example, page 67 of di document get some places wey three judges dey on di side of APC while two dey for NNPP side.

Barrister Bukarti add say wetin happun na wetin dem dey call ‘Slip Rule’ for judiciary whereby mistake fit happun before correction.

E also tok say nowhere wey only one page go signify judgement unless pipo read di full documents.

Di lawyer say di whole document dey also show say na APC win di case and not NNPP as some pipo dey think.

APC bin challenge di victory of di NNPP govnorship candidate Abba Yusuf after di March 18 2023 elections.

For March, di Independent Electoral Commission, Inec, bin declare Yusuf, candidate of di NNPP winner and return am elected, afta dem say e poll 1,019,602 votes to defeat Gawuna of di APC wey score 890,705 votes.

On September 20 2023, di election tribunal wey chook eye for di Kano State govnorship election for dia judgement tok say make Inec withdraw di certificate of return dem issue Govnor Yusuf and give same to di APC candidate Nasiru Gawuna.

Di three-man panel wey Justice Oluyemi Akintan-Osadebay lead tok say 165,663 votes from Oga Yusuf total votes dey invalid.

Dem also say di ballot papers no dey stamped or signed therefore dem dey invalid - so dem reduce di number of votes of di NNPP candidate by 165,663.

After dat, di mata move to Court of Appeal wia dem give dia own judgement.

Di three-man panel wey Justice M.A Adumeh lead for di judgement on Friday 17 November say di NNPP govnor sake of say im name no dey for di party register, im no dey qualified to contest di election under a party wey im no be member.
