Prices in the New York-Newark-Jersey City area, as measured by the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U), rose 0.3 percent in July.

Total compensation costs for private industry workers increased 3.1 percent in the Boston-Worcester-Providence, MA-RI-NH-CT, metropolitan area for the year ended June 2024.
