The common room is amazing with access to lots of games and amenities such as microwave and cutlery. The bathrooms are clean - the showers are great with amazing water pressure. The place is located quite centrally - close to station and only 15 mins from Namba and very easy to connect to the airport from there too. There’s a family mart not too far from the place and a laundry service place closeby. Thank you so so much to the hosts! We had the best stay!”

  The breakfast was unbeatable, Fresh produce. Could of eaten it again. The location was a two minute walk from the train station. And right opposite the beach. With the clock in front of you. Derek and Suzanne are a amazing host. Nothing was to much trouble. Derek was more like a friend then a host. And Suzanne made a beautiful cake for my partners birthday. And responsible for the outstanding breakfast.

  Sarah and John are excellent hosts.Our room was super clean and cosy. Delicious breakfast. We were traveling with our dog. She was offered a nice, very clean kennel.There is plenty of save space around the house to play with the kids or dogs. Sarah fed our dog in the morning before we even got up! We would like to say big thank you to both Sarah and John. Definitely recommend!

  The service offered by the owner and family impeccable. We arrived late due to flight issues and they couldn't have been more accommodating with our late check in... due to various reasons they also helped us with transport issues whilst we were in town and they made me the best breakfast I had in a very long time.

  The whole place was extremely clean and clean decoration. The shower in particular was almost shining and had plenty of shower gel and shampoo. There was plenty of tea and coffee, milk and biscuits in the room as well. The owners are very nice, friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again.

  The Victorian Architecture sets the athmosphere for a wonderful experience in Central London. The location is about as central as it can get, next to St. Pancras and King's Cross stations. Great experience! Good SPA and Bar as well!

  The views and location were stunning, so peaceful and relaxing. Staff on the Island were lovely. Our 1 bedroom self catering lodge was beautiful and it had everything in it we needed for a comfy and pleasent stay.

  Big delay getting over on the small two car ferry due to a wedding going on at the Island, which there should be a plan in place for getting people/cars over quicker if possible when this sort of thing happens. A few of the buildings around the resort need a lick of paint and tidying up on the exterior front, but our 1 bedroom lodge was stunning. Food and drink excellent, staff excellent.
