Those participating in the Great Bristol Run this weekend can claim a free pizza from Bristol restaurant Franco Manca. The Italian restaurant, which is located on Clare Street in the city, will be offering runners a free pizza from their main menu or specials board when they show their finisher medal to a member of staff, on Sunday, May 19 - race day.

It comes after the restaurant recently launched a new spring and summer menu, including four new pizzas, new sides and sharing dishes. The Great Bristol Run offer entitles one free pizza per medal shown and each qualifying customer won't be able to claim more than one free pizza across the day of the promotion.

You can also only claim your free pizza if you're dining in, as takeaway, collection and delivery orders are excluded. And, while you can swap mozzarella for vegan cheese, and standard sourdough for a gluten-free base, free of charge, any extra toppings will incur an additional charge.

The Great Bristol Run takes place on Sunday, May 19, with some 15,000 runners set to take to the streets around the city to embark on the family runs, 10K and half marathon events.
