Customers who purchase tickets to an event that has already started are responsible for understanding the delivery method through which those tickets will be provided, as well as the fact that they are receiving tickets to an event that has already begun.

How do I search for tickets on VividSeats.com?

On the top of every page on VividSeats.com there is a search box. Simply type the name of the performer, team, or venue in the search box, then click "Search" and a list of events will be displayed. Once you find your desired event click "buy tickets" and all available ticket selections will be displayed. If VividSeats.com does not have tickets for a specific performer/team immediately available, you have the option of providing us with your email address so that we can alert you when tickets become available.

Will I receive a refund if my event is rescheduled, rained out, or postponed?

No. VividSeats.com cancellation policy specifically states that all sales are final, and refunds are only given for canceled events that are not rescheduled or postponed. Vivid Seats will contact all pertinent parties that purchased the ticket(s) should an event get rescheduled and new tickets are needed to gain entry.

If an event is canceled and not rescheduled for a different date, will I receive a refund?

Yes. If an event is canceled without being rescheduled a full refund minus the cost of shipping will be issued once tickets are returned to Vivid Seats. In the event that hard stock tickets are sent, Vivid Seats would contact the fan to assist in any questions they have for the returning process.

Can I return my tickets or exchange them for an event on a different date?

No. Through VividSeats.com, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. However, VividSeats.com encourages customers to list unwanted tickets for sale on our website using the "Sell" option found at the bottom of the homepage.

Why Doesn't VividSeats.com display seat numbers?

Because Vivid Seats does not own or generate tickets, and the tickets we sell are never in our possession, we cannot confirm exact seat numbers. The professional resellers who list tickets on our platform often hold large groups of tickets, which makes it difficult to anticipate which seat numbers you will receive. However, we can guarantee that all tickets for reserved seating that are purchased in the same transaction will be side-by-side, unless otherwise stated in the ticket listing notes*.

Are the seats I'm buying together/side-by-side?

VividSeats.com guarantees the tickets that you purchase will be seated together unless otherwise specified in the descriptive ticket notes. It's nevertheless important to note that some tickets may not appear to be together when they actually are indeed consecutive. For example, some venues (especially theatres) label seats in odd or even groups rather than using consecutive numbering. One side of the venue may contain only odd or only even numbered seating, for example. This results in seats (eg. Numbers 2, 4, 6 ?etc) that appear to be separated but that are actually together. If you should have any inquiries or concerns regarding location of your seats do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at 800.501.9983.

What are Piggyback Tickets?

This means that the seats are located in back or in front of each other. For example, 1 ticket in the Orpheum Row A Seat 1 and 1 ticket in the Orpheum Row B Seat 1 is considered a piggy back set of tickets. The term piggy back is used to distinguish between side by side seats and will be listed in the ticket notes if applicable to any listing.

The name on the E-mailed tickets is different from mine - is this ticket still valid?

The name on the ticket is simply the name of the original purchaser. All E-Tickets are completely transferable and the attendee's name does not need to match the name on the ticket. Does VividSeats.com charge a service fee and how is it determined?

Yes, the service charge covers the cost of all company operations required to provide premium inventory to sold-out events. Specifically, it pays for: finding and listing thousands of valid and authentic tickets to thousands of different events nationwide; premium customer service, including our in-house call center staffed with representatives over extended business hours; all website maintenance, operations, and technological improvements; and all operations costs to coordinate safe and secure delivery of ordered tickets to our customers from thousands of ticket resellers. I lost the email to download my tickets. How can I have another email sent?

1. Log into your Vivid Seats account and click the “Order History”. From there, your active orders will appear.
2. Find the order you need tickets resent for and click on "Tickets Ready".
3. Click on "Get Tickets".
4. Your tickets will be re-sent to your email address on file. Be sure to check that your email on file is accurate!
5. Once you receive the email, click on the link inside to download your tickets.

Individuals may post their ticket listings on the VividSeats website for free. To sell tickets, simply visit the "Sell Tickets" link located at the bottom of the home page and list tickets by following our simple step-by-step instructions.

Is there a fee for listing tickets on your site?

There is no fee for listing tickets on VividSeats.com, but an industry low 10% commission will be deducted from the listing price after the sale has been complete. No fee will be charged if tickets do not sell. Sales will be paid to the seller via PayPal®.

In most cases, you can expect to receive payment seven business days after the event for which you sold tickets for has taken place.

How long can my listing be up?

Hard stock tickets can be listed until five shippable days (Mon-Sat) prior to the event. This allows enough time for the tickets to be packaged, shipped, and delivered to the buyer in time for the event. PDF e-tickets that aren’t uploaded into an email delivery listing can be listed until 48 hours prior to the event. PDF e-tickets that are uploaded into the listing can remain listed until six hours prior to the event.
