Kilncraigs Reception is open Monday to Friday 10am-3pm for public enquiries.

During these hours, customers will be able to come in to make payments, including council tax, make enquiries and set up appointments with our services. Available services include housing, child care, adult care, planning, education, roads and licensing.

Customers can still continue to use our online services to report issues, make a booking, fill out applications, and make payments, including council tax and rent.

Armed Forces Day event - Friday 31 May

Friday 31 May at Alloa Town Hall, 10am

Clackmannanshire Council will show its support for the extraordinary men and women in the country who have made an outstanding contribution to society by serving in the Armed Forces.

There will be a parade through Alloa Town Centre onto Alloa Town Hall where there will be a flag raising ceremony.

This event is posted on our events diary including a link to the timetable for information.

Damage to Gartmorn Dam jetty barriers

The handrails on the jetty on the north bank of Gartmorn Dam have been damaged. Caution signs are in place. Any queries on timescale to fix should be emailed to [email protected].

Taxi/Private Hire Drivers - tax check required for licence renewals after 2 October 2023

Kilncraigs car park closed from w/c 25 September 

Kilncraigs car park will be closed to the public from the week beginning 25 September for approximately 16 weeks during essential repair works in the building.

During this period all electric vehicle charging points will be unavailable to the public.  

Alternative public charging points can be found at Greenside Street, King Street and Marshill.

We ask that members of the public who have to visit Kilncraigs during this time strictly follow all advice and guidance in place for their own safety and the safety of others.

Tillicoultry Glen path remains closed

A reminder that Tillicoultry Glen path remains closed from the first bridge. An alternative route is available on the east side of the glen. High water levels have washed part of path away and there are several sections where the path is undercut and in danger of collapse. Please email [email protected] with any queries.
