§228.2 Definitions

If a public health authority is notified by a clinic or physician that a food service worker has been diagnosed with Norovirus, hepatitis A virus, Salmonella typhi, Non-typhoidal Salmonella, Shigella, or Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli, can the health authority reveal the person's identity to the food establishment owner or manager?
