Deal Or No Deal's Noel Edmonds turned some heads with his unusual choice of footwear. The popular 75-year-old TV host born in Essexwas spotted wearing odd shoes during a visit to Laxey Beach Stop Cafe in Isle of Man.
The cafe's manager, Dalia, 41, admitted that the strange shoe pairing had initially gone unnoticed. She shared: "It is very strange! We didn't notice."
Noels peculiar fashion choice came into view when people started commenting on the photo posted by Dalia. A truly stumped Dalia said: "After I posted it everyone started commenting - we didn't see it at all! It is very strange! ".

Puzzled over the footwear faux pas, Dalia wondered aloud whether it was a celebrity trend or a simple dressing error. In her words: "Some of them are quite funny! I've just got no idea why he has shoes like this - maybe it's a celebrity fashion statement or maybe he got dressed in the dark! ".
Despite the shoe mishap, Dalia recognised the celebrity immediately and was conscious not to intrude on his time. She confirmed: "I recognised him straight away but of course you don't want to be right in his face."
Dalia also revealed that Noel savoured their famous raspberry ripple ice-cream before relaxing and taking in the sights. She enthused: "He tried out the famous Laxey ice cream - he loved it! everybody loves the raspberry ripple! " and "It was a nice day and he just sat and enjoyed the views! ".
Finally, she noted a recent influx of celebrities filming in the area, although it was unclear if Noel was partaking in any projects during his visit. She concluded: "We've had a few famous people here recently filming things. I don't know if he was filming anything. We had Timmy Mallet and Eddie the Eagle last year! ".
