Baked cheesecake with berries

Serves 12 Time to make 1 hr 5 mins, plus cooling & chilling

For the base

250g plain digestive biscuits
3 tablespoons reduced-fat spread, melted
1 egg white

For the topping

1¼ cups Philadelphia Light cream cheese spread (tub)
2 eggs
1 cup and 3 tablespoons reduced-fat Greek yogurt
¼ cup plain flour
⅓ cup icing sugar
2 cups mixed berries, halved if large (thawed if frozen)

1 Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Spray an 18cm springform cake tin with oil.
