DISASTER MOVIE follows the comic misadventures of a group of ridiculously attractive twenty-somethings during one fateful night as they try to make their way to safety while every known natural disaster and catastrophic event -- asteroids, twisters, earthquakes, the works -- hits the city and their path as they try to solve a series of mysteries to end the rampant destruction. This is really tragic. I wondered if the actors even minded how embarrassing they were and, above all, how unfunny they were, and how the whole film was just a complete mess. Sure, there's Carmen, there's Kim, but if you're a fan, you'll find better stuff on the internet. This isn't even a parody anymore because it's not even a comedy. ()
The worst parody movie I've ever seen, and that I've seen enough of. Embarrassing and lame jokes, unlikeable actors and utterly shoddy performances (e.g. the bloodthirsty chipmunks or the awful superhero promenade). This parody is a disgrace to its genre. ()
