[close] This group is dedicated to the books that the three women who make up PJS read throughout the years. PJS is the first initial of the three women's names -- Patricia, my grandmother ; Janet, my great aunt and grandmother's sister ; Sam, me! We started this book club as a way to not only connect with each other as family members, but also to stay in-touch at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since it's inception in 2020, we've never looked back, and have enjoyed many a laugh and fruitful discussion along the way. We meet ~1x per month to discuss the books via a 3-way telephone call. We can't use any video chat service, because P and J don't have smart phones, but the telephone calls work just as well. I'm excited to keep a log of everything we read, and will aim to provide feedback from our three perspectives on each of the books we read!
