DNF at 32%
Another unfortunate disappointment for me. The writing in this was really lovely and it definitely had this calming, cottage core vibe, but nothing was happening.
She has a love interest here, but by 32% there was only two scenes with her and she said like two lines.
There are just so many other great books coming out right now, and I could tell I would have had to push myself to finish this, which I really don't want to do.

It's always good to know when to DNF. I literally can't, it took me awhile to get through this book. Its pacing is really slow (even past 32%) it was really cute but yes you have to be into that style I think

I used to force myself to finish books but I had to tell myself there are so many books I want to read in my life that I can't waste time on ones that just don't do it for me. Still a hard decision to make sometimes 😅
