Brand new Visio TV with Chromecast built-in. No devices can find it when we try to cast to the TV. Running current version of Chrome on Surface laptop - "No devices found". Trying to share Youtube videos from two separate Android phones - "No devices found". I can get to the Chromecast screen on the TV that confirms the Wi-Fi network and name of the device but there is nothing beyond that available for me on the TV.
We purchased this specific TV over another option because it has Chromecast built-in so the frustration is present and growing as no options for troubleshooting this can be found because everything from Google focuses on the Chromecast USB device and none deal with built-in.
