A pub in Camden has reopened after a four-year closure, blending the cozy atmosphere of a traditional British pub with a touch of modern enchantment.

With a stunning refurbishment spanning three floors, guests are guaranteed a great pub vibe with expertly crafted brews, classic cocktails, fine wines, and seasonal sharing dishes.

Harrow Times: The Constitution has reopened for the first time in four years

During the bank holiday weekend, my friend and I ventured to the pub on St Pancras Way and were fortunate to enjoy drinks, food, and conversation in one of the most stunning pubs I've ever seen.

Despite the rainy, cold, and windy weather during our visit, we had a delightful evening, thanks to the charming ambiance and welcoming atmosphere.

The interior of the pub has undergone a complete transformation, boasting a remarkable suntrap garden by the water's edge—perfect for those balmy summer nights.

Harrow Times:

Our attentive waiter, Daniel, escorted us to our table on the rooftop terrace, surrounded by lush greenery and ample seating—a picturesque setting for gatherings of all sizes or a romantic date for two.

We started our culinary journey with the Wild Mushroom Pate and Confit Garlic Hummus, both priced at a reasonable £8.50 each.

Harrow Times:

The dishes were as visually stunning as they were delicious—the earthy truffle paired beautifully with the mushroom, while the creamy garlic hummus was bursting with Mediterranean flavours.

For my main course, I savoured the elevated pub classic of Fish and Chips, priced at £18.

The Aspall cyder battered haddock melted in my mouth, accompanied by the crispiest chips I've ever tasted—a true delight for the senses and a must-try for fans of traditional English fare.

Harrow Times:

The Constitution boasts an impressive beverage selection, including craft beers like Camden Hells, Two Tribes, and Deya, along with a variety of wines and bubbles.

My friend and I enjoyed a dry white wine throughout our visit, followed by traditional cocktails to cap off our dining experience—I indulged in my favourite, an Espresso Martini.

Harrow Times:

After satisfying our appetites and hearts, we explored The Constitution, admiring its quirky interior designs and chatting with fellow patrons enjoying their well-deserved bank holiday drinks.

Harrow Times:

The sleek new flooring and vibrant posters capture the essence of Camden's dynamic energy, while the top-tier beer garden offers a tranquil escape just steps from the serene waters of Regent's Canal.

Overall, The Constitution seamlessly blends modern charm with historic allure, ensuring an unforgettable experience with every visit.
