Asset surveying:

This NEW ASSETS Register is an Excel spreadsheet which must be fully completed (Blue Columns only) in the following situations:

  • During building construction/refurbishment, when new assets are installed and tagged
  • Before the constrcution works have been signed off and we are preparing for hand over

The EXISTING ASSET Register should be updated to reflect removed assets using strikethrough and will need amending:

  • When there have been asset changes to a building
  • When an asset with a barcode has been removed/decommissioned
