This session is for all staff.
Overview
Feedback is a vital source of learning. Yet it’s not always easy to accept, especially if we sometimes feel that the feedback is untrue, unfair or poorly delivered. This workshop is designed to help us maximise the opportunities receiving feedback offers.
During this interactive 2-hour workshop, you’ll develop your openness and ability to receive and respond to feedback in a way that improves your relationships, confidence and performance.

- Gain insights into how feedback can positively impact your personal and professional development
- Discover the benefits of actively seeking feedback and how to do this in an effective and comfortable way
- Identify personal barriers to accepting feedback and how to overcome these
