I'm passionate about contributing to human development through research, education, and international cooperation.
Holding a degree from the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, my journey is distinguished by an extensive involvement in research, higher education, and project implementation with the private and public sectors. My focus areas include civil engineering infrastructure, sustainability, smart urban systems, and resilience. I have spearheaded numerous collaborative projects with industry and public sector partners across local, national, European, and international levels.

TEACHING ACTIVITY
I have worked for about 40 years, providing courses in civil engineering, sustainability, urban engineering, and smart and resilient cities at Polytech’Lille/Lille University in France and other universities worldwide. I have also provided professional training about smart cities. The material courses in French, English, and Arabic are available online.
