Access Road. A. Construction Manager shall provide and maintain an access road capable of sustaining heavy vehicular traffic. Construction Manager shall ensure that access to the Work and the work of other contractors is provided continuously during the Contract Time.
Access Road. The access road to the demised unit delineated on the plan and thereon colored red will at all times hereafter shall be maintained jointly by all the units holders or Sub Lessees in good order and condition to the satisfaction of the Estate Manager, SEEPZ-SEZ Authority.

(a) The Company shall within three (3) months of the Possession Date construct at its own cost and in accordance with the Access Road Specifications, an access road (the “Access Road”) on the Access Road Corridor starting from the nearest public road up to the Demised Premises. Access Road. The Allottee shall have the right to access and use the internal passage leading from the Budge Budge Trunk (B.B.T.) Road to the main gate of the Project as delineated with blue colour on the plan attached hereto as Annexure – C and thereon shown in red line for ingress and egress in common with other occupants/occupiers/residents of the Project and/or Township and/or people visiting the facility of the Owner and/or any other persons, for the beneficial use and enjoyment of the said Apartment by the Allottee.
Access Road. As to any portion of the Road Easement Area that Grantee uses for vehicular access which is not currently paved, Grantee shall construct an all-weather road and associated drainage improvements on the Road Easement Area with an asphalt or concrete top. Any such Access Road shall be capable of withstanding normal semi-tractor trailer highway loads. Any such Access Road shall also meet all reasonable design standards and specifications of the Authority. Grantee as a condition precedent to Grantee’s right to enter upon the Road Easement Area for construction purposes must submit to Authority, plans for the initial construction of the Access Road; thereafter Grantee must submit to Authority plans for any future modifications and improvements to the Access Road constructed within the boundaries of the Road Easement Area. The Initial construction plans and plans for future modifications and improvements to the Access Road must be approved in writing by the Director of Engineering Services of Authority prior to the commencement of construction of the same, which approval shall not be unreasonably denied, delayed or conditioned. To facilitate the Authority’s review, two (2) sets of formal plans that clearly define the project must be submitted to Authority for its prior approval. The drawings must be prepared on a standard engineering format and show all physical features and improvements proposed to be installed within the boundaries of the Road Easement Area and must be signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer registered in the State of Texas. Any approval, comments or denial, of such revised initial construction plans or plans for future modifications and improvements, by the Authority shall be promptly made to Grantee within thirty (30) Business Days after Authority’s receipt of the of such revised plans or plans. Further, Authority shall prepare detailed comments or responses to the revised initial construction or plans modifications and improvements to the Access Road in order to direct Grantee on the action needed to have such plans revised and approved. The final plans for Access Road as ultimately approved by the Authority are referred to herein as the “Approved Plans”. Prior to the commencement of construction of the Access Road, Grantee will furnish Authority issued- for-construction drawings for the Access Road, if different than the Approved Plans. Access Road. The site access road shown on Xxxxxx St. across from Mineral Drive shall be built as a part of this project. If the Lessors and Lessees mutually agree to use to use this access point to serve the adjacent 7 acres at some time in the future, the Lessors shall reimburse the Lessee one half of the construction cost in cash, and the leased premises shall be revised to show the property line in the center of the access roadway with a cross-use easement running to the benefit of both parties.
