Educational Program. Section 1: Employees covered by this Agreement will receive the university fee authorization program and dependent fee authorization program as currently in effect and as may be determined during the term of this agreement.
Educational Program a. The educational program of the School (Section 4, Subsection 6 from the original contract and unchanged here) is as follows:
Educational Program. A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

Educational Program. A. Each employee shall be granted the opportunity to attend a minimum of one (1) educational program or school of his/her choice each year as the budget may allow. The program school must pertain to subject matter dealing with that employee’s divisional assignment, and shall be at no cost to that employee. Educational benefits shall be made available to all employees on an equal and rotating basis.

Educational Program. The University shall maintain a tuition waiver program. For the purpose of this article, the term “dependent” shall mean the spouse, domestic partner and /or dependent child. For required concurrent enrollment in a laboratory course, in connection with another separate course, which is covered by a tuition waiver; the tuition waiver shall be applicable to the laboratory course. The laboratory course shall not be counted as part of the 8 hours of total waiver and shall not constitute an additional course. Modular courses which may be construed to be a single course and are offered sequentially over a single semester will count as a single course not to exceed four (4) credit hours. The program will be based on space availability for unit members. When space is available, unit members may enroll in a course(s) on a tuition waiver basis. The Program is subject to the following requirements:
Educational Program. CHARTER SCHOOL shall operate an educational program and program of instruction serving educational needs of students enrolled therein in accordance with terms and provisions of the Application and as follows:
Educational Program. 1. The Parties agree to provide a comprehensive learning experience within a professional setting (the “Program”) for students enrolled in the University.
