Financial Assessments. 9.1 The Crematorium is currently self financing and no contributions are required from each of the Councils. However in the case of emergency expenditure, a contribution may be required from each of the Councils and this will be made based on the percentage use made of the Crematorium by the residents of the present constituent authorities in the full year before any contribution is required.
Financial Assessments. The PCO must provide complete, accurate, and timely Encounter Data to the Department and must maintain complete medical service history data. The Department may request a Corrective Action Plan from the PCO when areas of noncompliance are identified. Based on the Department’s identification of non-compliance with the standards outlined in Exhibit F Encounter Data Submission Requirements and Assessment Applications, the Department may apply an assessment as provided in Exhibit F.
Financial Assessments. The responsibility for financial assessments, income collection and debt recovery will be retained by the Council..
