On-Demand. On-Demand options will be invoiced in the month the on-demand option is employed by the Customer and will be invoiced as set forth in the Transaction Document.
On-Demand. As long as financiers submitted notification of debt collection to the guarantor with the contract number and the amount of debt, the guarantor shall immediately perform the repayment and give up all reasons of defense.

On-Demand. This enrollment option allows students to begin on the 1st and 15th of each month. Students must finish 6 months after their start date. Using a personalized pace chart, students will work to complete the course within six (6) months of their course’s enrollment date. VTVLC works directly with faculty to support students. No refunds will be given for enrollments after ten days after the start of the course. Enrollment requests must be made at least seven days before the desired start date.

Recipient represents, warrants, and agrees that upon notification by the Grantee or its authorized representative of an overpayment, a wrongful payment, or a violation of or failure to comply with any of the grant or subgrant agreement, contract, voucher or program requirements or obligations, Recipient will, without challenge or delay, remit to the Grantee or its authorized representative the requested amount within 60 calendar days from the date of issuance of said notice.
