OTHER DAYS. (a) Not Paid Holidays The following days or times therein are not paid holidays:
OTHER DAYS. New Year’s Eve, the day after New Year’s Day, Easter and Christmas Eve are not statutory holidays. However, the increased rate provided in Article 16.22 applies if the Producer requires the Second Unit Director to work on those days.
OTHER DAYS. The Superintendent, on an individual basis, will consider requests for leave or an additional personal day, with or without pay, for reasons other than the foregoing (e.g. religious holidays when school is not in session).
OTHER DAYS. The employer may require permanent or part-time employees to take some days between Christmas and New Year’s Day. The employee may choose to use discretionary days (when applicable), vacation days, or flextime.

OTHER DAYS. Where an additional public holiday is proclaimed or gazetted by the authority of the Commonwealth or State Government and such proclaimed or gazetted holiday is to be observed generally by persons throughout that State or where such a proclaimed or gazetted day is, by any required judicial or administrative order, to be so observed, then such day shall be deemed to be holiday for the purposes of this Agreement.
OTHER DAYS. Professional Development (1 total days) Teacher Prep Days (3 total days)
OTHER DAYS. Other" days are those days when school is not in full session. On such "Other" days, as designated by the SMCOE's Director, Maintenance, Operations and Transportation or designee the number of buses and the type of service shall be on an "as-requested" basis. A separate billing consolidation will be prepared on such "Other" days.
