Aging and People with Disabilities definition

Aging and People with Disabilities means the program area of Aging and People with Disabilities, within the Department of Human Services.

  • Changes to this Agreement may be made if they are approved by both the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Oregon Department of Human Services, Aging and People with Disabilities.

  • The Department of Human Services has been directed to conduct a comprehensive rate and wage study across home and community-based service delivery systems, with a focus on providers of in- home and residential care to individuals receiving services through the Office of Development Disabilities Services, the Office of Aging and People with Disabilities and provide a written report on the findings and recommendations to the Joint Committee On Ways and Means or Emergency Board no later than September 2024.
