Funding Date definition

Funding Date is any date on which a Credit Extension is made to or for the account of Borrower which shall be a Business Day.
Funding Date means the date on which a Borrowing occurs.
Funding Date means the date of the funding of a Loan.

  • No later than the Escrow Funding Date, the Purchaser shall fund the Escrow Account with the Escrow Amount.

  • Each notice from the Lead Borrower to the Administrative Agent shall specify (i) the requested Funding Date or conversion date, as applicable, (ii) the aggregate amount of the Borrowing requested (in an amount permitted under Section 2.4(b)), and (iii) the Type of Loans being borrowed or converted, as applicable.
