Milestone Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

Milestone Payments means the portion of the Investment allocated to a Milestone as described in the Milestone, Reporting and Payment Schedule attached as Schedule D;

Examples of Milestone Payments in a sentence

Each Milestone Payment set forth in this Section 3.2 (Milestone Payments) is payable only once upon the first achievement of the respective milestone and no Milestone Payment shall be payable for subsequent or repeated achievements of the same milestone.
The individual Milestone Payments to be used shall be proportioned to correspond to the portion of the Project Services necessary to provide the Deliverable.
Consultant shall, upon receipt and written acceptance by the Judicial Council’s Project Manager of a Deliverable associated with a Payment Milestone but not more frequently than once monthly, submit an invoice for any Milestone Payments associated with any Deliverable(s) accepted by the Judicial Council during the previous calendar month.
Invoicing and Payments may only be made according to this Schedule of Deliverables and Milestone Payments.
The total amount of Milestone Payments shall not exceed * Dollars (US$*).

Milestone Payments means payments made under contractual obligations existing during the period of twelve months ending on the Effective Date or contractual obligations arising thereafter, in each case in connection with any Permitted Acquisition, Drug Acquisition or other acquisition (including any license or the acquisition of any license) of any rights in respect of any drug or other pharmaceutical product (and any related property or assets) to sellers (or licensors) of the assets or Equity Interests acquired (or licensed) therein based on the achievement of specified revenue, profit or other performance targets (financial or otherwise).
