Pledged Equity definition

Pledged Equity has the meaning specified in the Security Agreement.
Pledged Equity has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.01.

More Definitions of Pledged Equity

Pledged Equity means the equity interests listed on Schedule 1, together with any other equity interests, certificates, options or rights of any nature whatsoever in respect of the equity interests of any Person that may be issued or granted to, or held by, any Grantor while this Agreement is in effect.
Pledged Equity shall refer to all equity legally held by the Pledgor in the Domestic Company.

Pledged Equity means, with respect to Debtor, 100% of the issued and outstanding Equity Interests of any subsidiary that is directly owned by Debtor, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, in each case together with the certificates (or other agreements or instruments), if any, representing such shares, and all options and other rights, contractual or otherwise, with respect thereto, including, but not limited to, the following:
